A few things that shape how we manage rentals in the Houston area.

Many Houston-area homes sit in or near a flood zone. Keep your landlord policy and any flood coverage current. Our 6-month inspection photos give you a dated record of the home's condition.
Many suburbs, including Katy, Cypress, Spring and The Woodlands, have HOAs and Municipal Utility District taxes. We factor these into rent pricing and make sure residents know the HOA rules that apply to the home.
AC is the repair residents care about most. We prioritize AC failures by urgency and keep you informed before larger repairs.
